Terms and Conditions Of Service

Welcome to Maid Official. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) outline the agreement between you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) and Maid Official (“we,” “our,” or “us”) for the use of our website and booking of our cleaning services. By accessing our website, booking a service, or otherwise engaging with Maid Official, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use our services or website.
1. Use of Website
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to temporarily download or view one copy of the materials on our website for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:

Modify or copy our materials.

Use them for commercial purposes or public display.

Attempt to reverse engineer any software on our site.

Remove copyright or proprietary notices.

Transfer materials to another person or “mirror” them on another server.
This license terminates automatically if you violate these Terms and may be revoked at any time.
2. Payments & Billing

Payment Methods: We accept credit or debit card only. Payment details are collected securely at booking.

Pre-Authorization Hold: A hold is placed on your card one (1) day before service for the total balance. This is not a charge.

Final Charge: Your card will be charged after the service is completed, and you will receive an invoice via email.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment with no penalty.

Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a $70 fee.
4. Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our services with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee! Our goal is to leave your home knowing you are completely happy with your cleaning.
Inspection:
After your service is complete, we require you to perform a mandatory walk-through inspection with your cleaning team. As a guideline, please use our cleaning checklist during the walk-through. If you are not 100% satisfied with the work performed, our teams are happy to re-clean any missed areas FREE OF CHARGE at the time of service.
Note – Inspect Carefully:
Once the walk-through is complete and you approve the work, Maid Official’s services are considered complete. Any additional cleaning requests made after this time will be billed accordingly.
Limitations:
If you are not home, unavailable, or choose not to perform the walk-through inspection, our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee will be considered null and void.
Pro Tip:
For move-out cleanings, we highly recommend inviting your landlord to join the walk-through inspection with the cleaners. To ensure we meet your expectations, you may also send us your landlord’s cleaning checklist prior to your appointment.
5. Service Time & Arrival Windows

Services are priced using a flat-rate model with a maximum allotted time. If additional time is needed, we will notify you before adding a charge of $45/hour.

We operate with a 1–2 hour arrival window to account for traffic, parking, and other delays.
6. Safety & Service Limitations

We do not reach areas higher than 6 feet.

We do not move large appliances (you may move them in advance if needed).

We clean accessible windows reachable with a 2–3 step ladder only.

We do not detach or install window screens.
7. Stain & Mold Removal
We make every effort to remove stains and mold from grout and tile, but complete removal is not guaranteed.
8. Move-Out & Deep Cleaning Requirements

Move-Out Cleaning: All furniture, personal belongings, and large appliances must be removed prior to service. No moving activities should occur during cleaning.

Deep Cleaning: Please declutter, pick up clothing and personal items, and clear surfaces before our arrival.
9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Maid Official will not be liable for any damages, including loss of data, profits, or business interruption, arising from use of our services or website.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty limitations, so these exclusions may not apply to you.
10. Changes to Services & Terms
We may update our services or these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to conflict of law provisions.
